Psyllium husk is a bulking agent that you can find in many of your common colon cleansers.  When this ingredient mixes with water, it enlarges up to 10 times its normal size and weight.  It’s really great for helping to provide regularity in bowel movements and flushing out built-up fecal matter stuck inside your colon walls.  If you suffer from constipation, then Psyllium Husk would be great for you.

2) Knees and Elbows Exercise. Bring your leg towards your back with your other toe on the ground. Lift your leg to the ceiling and then slowly bring it back down to the ground. Then do your other leg the same way (switching from right to left). Lift your knee and expand your heel up and back to the ceiling, and then do the same to your next leg, changing sides.
